Salt Air Social & Traveling Tiles Terms and Conditions

By using this website, registering for an event, purchasing products, or participating in our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Salt Air Social and Traveling Tiles provide:

  • Mahjong instruction

  • Open play events

  • Workshops

  • Social gatherings

  • Retreats

  • Private events

  • Retail merchandise

  • Lifestyle and educational content

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

2. Event Registration

Registration is required for most events.

Space is limited and reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

Classes & Workshops

  • More than 7 days before event: Full credit or refund

  • 3–7 days before event: 50% refund or event credit

  • Less than 72 hours before event: No refund

Private Events

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Retreats and Special Events

Separate cancellation terms may apply and will be provided during registration.

4. Event Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Change instructors

  • Modify schedules

  • Substitute venues

  • Adjust event programming

  • Cancel events due to weather, illness, insufficient attendance, or circumstances beyond our control

If we cancel an event, participants will receive a refund or event credit.

5. Participant Conduct

Participants agree to:

  • Treat others respectfully

  • Follow venue rules

  • Refrain from disruptive behavior

We reserve the right to remove participants without refund if conduct is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

6. Assumption of Risk

Participation in classes, workshops, social events, and retreats involves inherent risks.

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation.

7. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salt Air Social, Traveling Tiles, their owners, employees, contractors, instructors, and venue partners shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury

  • Illness

  • Property damage

  • Theft or loss of personal belongings

  • Travel interruptions

  • Event modifications or cancellations

Participation is at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, photography, course materials, handouts, social media content, and branding are the property of Salt Air Social and Traveling Tiles.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use materials without written permission.

9. Merchandise Sales

All product sales are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel orders when necessary.

Return policies will be posted separately where applicable.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services offered by those websites.

11. Disclaimer

Any disputes shall be resolved in Charlotte County, Florida.
